Customers will have to turnover (TO) at least six (6) times of the amount they deposit and the amount they wish to withdraw to be eligible for a free withdrawal.
For illustration purposes: If a customer deposits 1,000 GBP and subsequently wishes to withdraw 1,500 GBP, he will have to turnover 15,000 GBP to withdraw without any charges. If the customer fails to achieve the TO, he will have to pay a fee of (1,000+1,500) x 1.5% = 37.5
For subsequent withdrawals, if there are no deposits being made, the TO requirement will be six (6) times of withdrawal amount, otherwise a 1.5% fee will apply to the withdrawal amount. If there are any deposits made after the withdrawal, they will be included in the turnover requirement calculation.
Bank Wire has a minimum turnover requirement of 10,000 EUR/GBP.
